This document contains the release notes for RCM version 3.1.0 The following sections describe the release detail and provide late-braking or other information that supplements the main documentation.

version 3.1.0:
	Preprocessor module has been changed to Data Analyzer module. 
	Parameters setup in main window is appended with correction flags 
	Filter engine is corrected for known errors, works for number of units 
	with and/or Boolean nested conditions
	Object Correlator functionality is improved for PSR and MODES data 
	Track data reporting table is added per selected track

	-Multiple-false plot classification (according to EUROCONTROL standards) is added for the SSR false plot analysis
	-False (multiple) plot statistics table with cross-cursor functionality with the XY Display. Makes possible quick 
	analysis of the software detected and classified false plots
	-New filter module. Allows to use for the filtering any field available in S4(D6) data structures. Extra flexibility
	in configuration, storage, and manipulation.
	-New Preprocessor module. Allows to use the barometric data correction for the complete world, user friendly 
	data retrieval, configuration and displaying.
	-Possibility of using groups of files (containing data of a radar periodically recorded) organized as group of files or 
	folders. User can select a subset of those containing 1 or more files.
	-Several displaying windows transparency can be adjusted for more efficient work environment.
