Return Material Authorization

To improve the scheduling and tracking of maintenance activities, Intersoft Electronics uses an RMA (Return Material Authorization) procedure. Before a product is returned to Intersoft Electronics for repair or maintenance activities, an RMA number must be requested by completing the RMA form below (all fields are required). After receiving the RMA request, Intersoft Electronics will contact you with shipment instructions and a shipping label (including RMA number).
